Paul Klee's Cats

Supplies: Paper and markers
1. Start by drawing a circle using a black marker. Draw another circle inside for a nose. Draw triangle ears. Draw two lines going to the bottom of the paper for the cat's body.
2. Draw lines and shapes inside the cat using black marker.
3. Color in the shapes with as many WARM colors as you can!
4. Draw different kinds of lines behind the cat using a COOL color.

Supplies Needed: Colored construction paper, white paper, black marker, scissors, and glue
1. Trace something circular onto a colorful piece of paper to make a perfect circle.
2. Use a black marker to draw designs inside the circle.
3. Cut the circle in half. Cut it in half again. You should have four pieces.
4. Glue each piece into the corner of the paper.
(When we go back to school, we will put them all together like in the example.)

2. Start drawing either your pets or your favorite animals.
3. Color them in!
4. Draw a background for them too! (The example does not have a colored in background.)

3. Circle the apples to make a plate for them.
