Four Little Birds

Supplies Needed: Paper, black marker, and something to color with
1. Either draw four circles or trace the print out provided above.
2. Draw wings, tails, beaks, and feet on each circle. Try making them all different.
3. Color in each bird with a different color.
4. Color in the background with a color you did not use.
(You may paint the birds and the background if you want!)

Line Practice
Remember all the lines we drew at the beginning of the year? Here's a [link] to a picture of different lines! This is some good practice for you!

2. Try to fill out the whole paper.
3. Color in each line using a different color.

1. Draw different kinds of lines from the top to the bottom of the page using a black marker.
2. Try to fill out the whole paper.
3. Color in each line using a different color.
Chalk Art
Supplies Needed: Paper and chalk
1. Choose five colors of chalk
2. Take one color and make large circles all over the paper
3. Take a different color and draw lines back and forth from top to bottom of the paper
4. Take another color and draw zigzags at the top and bottom of the paper
5. Take the last color and make squiggles in the white spots left over.
6. Get a paper towel or a tissue and smudge the colors.
7. Smudge the colors until no white is showing.

Paper Roll Stamps
Supplies: Paper, either toilet paper rolls or paper towel rolls, and paint
1. Dip the paper roll into one color paint.
2. Stamp the paper roll onto your white paper.
3. Use a new paper roll for each color (you can also use the top and the bottom of the rolls for different colors)
4. Cover the whole paper with stamp circles!
Supplies: Paper, either toilet paper rolls or paper towel rolls, and paint
1. Dip the paper roll into one color paint.
2. Stamp the paper roll onto your white paper.
3. Use a new paper roll for each color (you can also use the top and the bottom of the rolls for different colors)
4. Cover the whole paper with stamp circles!
